- Glitter lenses will NOT be liable for any damages such as eye discomfort, skin allergies, infections caused by our products.
- Shipping & handling fees and other charges will be paid by the buyer. Buyer agrees that shipping & handling fees include postage cost, materials (envelopes, bubble film, etc), labor and travel costs.
- All items are shipped from CA, United States. Items will be sent via air mail as small packets, unless buyer requests otherwise. Packages sent internationally will include free insurance up to $100USD. Tracking numbers for US residents is included, but for international buyers it will cost an extra $10USD.
- Your order will be shipped out within 24 to 72 hours after arriving at our location. Shipping time varies DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION / COUNTRY and DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE HANDLE THE DELIVERY. We are not in control of holidays, shipping delays, post office system, or customs. Any taxes or customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- We check all items and packed the items securely before handling them to the post office for shipping.
- All goods sold here are not refundable nor exchangeable. No cancellations of orders once you have submitted your order form, so please place your order only if you are 100% sure. Size and color may differ in the actual product because of different settings on your computer. We can only refund or exchange when the item you ordered is out of stock.
- You are buying at your own risk. We are not be held responsible for delays, lost and damaged packages during shipping. We have proof of every sent package and we guarantee that all items we sent are in excellent condition and packed securely.
- If the wrong item was sent, please send the item back to us 7 days receiving it. We will not accept or do a replacement if the seal is broken.
