Do I need a prescription from an eye doctor to buy circle lens contacts? Is my prescription the same as my glasses?
No you don't. If you do not know the degree needed for your eyes, it is best to consult an optometrist before purchasing lenses, or use 0.00/plano contact lenses while wearing your regular prescription eye glasses. No, your glasses prescription is often different from your contacts. Some people do just carry over their prescription. Please consult your doctor first.

I've changed my mind and don't want them anymore. Do you guys accept returns or do exchanges? Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or allow exchanges. Once payment has been, your money can not be refunded. The only case where we would make an exception is if the wrong style was sent or your order was out of stock.
Batch pre-ordering? How long will it take? Do you have any ready-stock?
Our batch pre-orders are within a timely manner being based on a time period versus meeting a minimum order. It allows for things to be processed in a timely manner without having to wait for weeks possibly months for it to close. As of right now, we do not have any ready-stock, but we hope to change this very soon.
